Ah! Although the bird was actually a chicken, it was the tastiest wanna-be-turkey I've had in a long darn time. Also present were every variety of potatoes, stuffing (haha, the loaf of bread I bought for the stuffing was actually already stale when I opened it up- normally that would have been upsetting), carrot/turnip mash, Yorkshire puddings (previously explained), gravy, etc.
Nadia (red scarf) is from Northern Ireland, and has a smashing accent to match; Natalie is from Scotland, but actually sounds quite British; I feel terrible, but for the life of me I can't remember the guy's name... he's from Nigeria, though! Most eclectic Thanksgiving ever.
APPLE FREAKIN' PIE!
